Upon return and receipt of the product, Service Management Art will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less shipping and handling fees as applicable.NOTE: All products must be returned in the same condition they were received, in their original packaging and with all paperwork in order to insure a full credit. Products should be shipped back to Service Management Art using the same shipper as when the product was delivered, and ensure the item for full value for protection during the shipping process.
